Methods to Take Actions and Conduct Transactions. You may take actions, conduct transactions on and use our prod- ucts and services by any method we allow. Specifically, the ways you may access, take actions, conduct transactions on and use our products and services may include, but are not limited to, 1) in- person, by phone, mail, facsimile, email, drive-through window, night deposit or drop box (or lock box), 2) through the use of a debit card, credit card, ATM card, code, password, PIN, check, signature pad or device, ATM, kiosk, shared branch or any product or service, and 3) through the internet with a computer, tablet, phone, device, mobile device or other technology. An action or transaction con- ducted by any method we allow is valid no matter what method we allow you to use. Please see the definitions of “action,” “by any method we allow” and “conduct” in Provision 1.x.
