Common use of Mid-Point Construction Document Review Clause in Contracts

Mid-Point Construction Document Review. Based on the approved Design Development Documents and any approved value engineering, the Design-Builder shall cause the Architect to prepare a set of Construction Documents. It is contemplated that the Construction Documents may be issued in several different sets (i.e. architectural, electrical, mechanical, structural, etc.). As each such set reaches a point where it is approximately Fifty percent (50%) complete, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a progress printing to the Department for its review and comment.
