Mid-term Technical Review. (1) The County may conduct a Mid-Term Technical Review of the Franchisee's Cable System, beginning during the ninth year of the Franchise. The Franchisee shall fully cooperate and assist the County in conducting such review.
Mid-term Technical Review. (1) The County may conduct a Mid-Term Technical Review of the Grantees Cable System once at any time, but not prior to the beginning of the tenth year of the Franchise. The Grantee shall fully cooperate and assist the County in conducting such review.
