Common use of Middle School Clause in Contracts

Middle School. The District shall continue with its present practice to provide preparation time during the student's day in the schools where that system is currently in operation. The principal shall form a committee to assist in developing a schedule. The schedule shall be presented to the faculty prior to the close of the school year for implementation in the subsequent school year.
