MILEAGE APPLICATION. Mileages listed to and/or from Toronto are based on the S/C zone. To apply zone mileage, the entry and/or exit zone shall be the base from which other mileages within Metropolitan Toronto are determined. For this purpose Highway 401 may be classed as an entry and/or exit point to either North or South zones, the first stop point being the determining factor. Mileages from one zone to another shall apply as set out below. 3.   • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted.   • Late Application for Parental Leave When an application for parental leave under sub-article (A) above is not made in accordance with sub-article (c), the employee is nonetheless entitled to, and upon application to the Co-operative shall be granted, parental leave under this Article for the portion of the leave period that remains at the time the application is made.
