The S. E.A faculty representative may hold a meeting during non-contract time for the purpose of Association business. Attendance at any S.E.A. faculty meeting shall be strictly voluntary. The S.E.A. faculty representative or his/her designee shall chair this meeting.
N. Any involvement of the School Board into the private and personal life of an employee shall be of no concern of the Board unless there is evidence that such activities affect the job performance of the teacher. Any disciplinary action taken by the Board as a result of the above shall be consistent with the Florida School Code.
O. Upon written request by the Association staff or in the absence of the staff, the Association president, the Board shall furnish, at no cost to the Association, copies of any documents needed for the purpose of contract enforcement and negotiations. These documents shall include, but not be limited to, printouts, materials contained in personnel files, letters, memos, School Board agenda packets, School Board policies, and other types of manuals as may be necessary. Copies of documents requested by an attorney or other outside legal representative will be furnished pursuant to School Board policy, governing law and statutes. Should the Association request information which would require the creation of a program to produce the requested information, and the Board does not intend to utilize the information requested, the Association will be billed for the time of the employee who is assigned to create the program. Such billing shall be at the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay.
The S. U.B. Executive Committee shall ensure that the Plan shall at all times comply with the Unemployment Insurance Commission and Department of National Revenue regulations governing such plans.
The S. L.B. Board shall meet and render a decision within 10 days of receipt of request.
The S. D shall be handover by the SPO to the Consumer in accordance with Clause 13.4.2.
The S. U.B. Plan shall be administered by a committee of eight (8) persons, four of whom shall be appointed by each party to this Agreement. The committee shall be known as the S.U.B. Executive Committee and shall have final control of all matters arising from the Plan.
The S. A.W. unit may, if it so desires, call upon the professional services of an affiliate unit or other resource services for consultation and assistance at any stage of the procedure.
The S. T.O.M.P. program is set forth in this MOU, as further described in Appendix “A”, S.T.O.M.P., attached to this MOU and by this reference incorporated herein.
The S. E.S. (“Simple Effective Solution”) Manual for Job Descriptions and Classifications is incorporated into this Agreement and its provisions shall apply as if set forth in full herein.
