The S. E.A faculty representative may hold a meeting during non-contract time for the purpose of Association business. Attendance at any S.E.A. faculty meeting shall be strictly voluntary. The S.E.A. faculty representative or his/her designee shall chair this meeting.
The S. U.B. Executive Committee shall ensure that the Plan shall at all times comply with the Unemployment Insurance Commission and Department of National Revenue regulations governing such plans.
The S. L.B. Board shall meet and render a decision within 10 days of receipt of request.
The S. D shall be handover by the SPO to the Consumer in accordance with Clause 13.4.2.
The S. U.B. Plan shall be administered by a committee of eight (8) persons, four of whom shall be appointed by each party to this Agreement. The committee shall be known as the S.U.B. Executive Committee and shall have final control of all matters arising from the Plan.
The S. A.C. shall make any necessary adjustments or determine any necessary exceptions.
The S. A.W. unit may, if it so desires, call upon the professional services of an affiliate unit or other resource services for consultation and assistance at any stage of the procedure.
The S. E.A. Chairperson will be allowed up to six (6) hours per month for meetings and to review and act upon S.E.A. members concerns regarding issues of the interpretation of this Agreement as the need arises.
The S. T.O.M.P. program is set forth in this MOU, as further described in Appendix “A”, S.T.O.M.P., attached to this MOU and by this reference incorporated herein.
