Military and Other Leaves Required by Law. A Unit Head shall grant any leave of absence, with or without pay, as is now or may be required by specific statutory authority, such as the Military Law. Additionally, Employees who are also members of the Armed Forces Reserves or National Guard and who are called to Active-Duty Military Service shall be entitled to the benefits conferred upon them in the Dutchess County Resolution No. 2016221, as may be amended.
