Salary and Other Compensation. As compensation for the services to be rendered by the Employee to the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Employee shall be paid the following compensation and other benefits:
Salary and Other Compensation. Subject only to Section 4.16(e), the salaries, fees, benefits, reimbursements and all other compensation payable to the Directors and to the officers of the Company, in their capacity as Directors and officers, shall be fixed from time to time by the Directors, including with respect to meeting and committee fees. No Director or officer of the Company shall be prevented from receiving any salary, fees, benefits, reimbursements or other compensation by reason of the fact, without limitation, that the Director or officer is also a Member or is affiliated with any Member.

Salary and Other Compensation. As compensation for the services to be rendered by Employee to Matador pursuant to this Agreement, Employee shall be paid the following compensation and other benefits:

Salary and Other Compensation. 32.1 The current pay practice will be maintained. Effective upon a directive from the Internal Revenue Service to change the current pay system, this section shall be reopened for further negotiations.
Salary and Other Compensation. 22.1 The base pay plan for bargaining unit employees is set forth in Exhibit “A” which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Effective January 1, 2016, a wage increase of 2.5% to the salary schedule. Effective January 1, 2017, a wage increase of 2.0% to the salary schedule.
22.2 In addition to base salary, each employee shall receive a longevity increment in accordance with the following:
A. From the beginning of the 6th year to the end of the 10th year – 1.5% of base pay per month.
B. From the beginning of the 11th year to the end of the 15th year – 2.75% of base pay per month.
C. From the beginning of the 16th year to the end of the 20th year – 4% of base pay per month.
D. From the beginning of the 21st year to the end of the 25th year – 5.5% of base pay per month.
E. From the beginning of the 26th year to the end of the 30th year – 6.75% of base pay per month.

13.1 Each current member of the bargaining unit returning for the 2008-09 school year shall receive a 4.0% salary increase.
13.2 Each current member of the bargaining unit returning for the 2009-10 school year shall receive a 3.5% salary increase.
13.3 Each current member of the bargaining unit returning for the 2010-11 school year shall receive a 3.5% salary increase.
13.4 For the 2008-09 school year, one percent (1%) of the previous year's gross payroll shall be set aside to compensate members of this unit in addition to the increase set forth above. This additional compensation shall be distributed based upon the individual administrator's performance in the previous school year. Performance shall be measured using an evaluation process mutually agreed to by the Superintendent and the Association. The distribution shall be at the sole discretion of the Superintendent.
13.5 For the 2009-10 school year, one percent (1%) of the previous year's gross payroll shall be set aside to compensate members of this unit in addition to the increase set forth above. This additional compensation shall be distributed based upon the individual administrator's performance in the previous school year. Performance shall be measured using an evaluation process mutually agreed to by the Superintendent and the Association. The distribution shall be at the sole discretion of the Superintendent.
13.6 For the 2010-11 school year, one percent (1%) of the previous year's gross payroll shall be set aside to compensate members of this unit in addition to the increase set forth above. 13.7 The provisions in this Article shall apply only to the following individuals: Administrators currently employed by the District, Administrators who retired during the period covered by this contract, and Administrators who were laid off in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Education Law during the period covered by this contract.
Salary and Other Compensation. Section A, Teacher Scale, will be amended to provide the following:
A. All eligible Unit I employees will receive a mid-year step which will be effective on December 30, 2020, (January 13, 2021, payroll) for 12-month employees and January 27, 2021, (February 10, 2021, payroll) for 10-month employees.
Salary and Other Compensation. Section F., Experience Credit, will be modified to provide that: “No Unit 1 employees will receive any automatic salary step increases pursuant to this section during the year beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021.
