Mined area fencing Sample Clauses

Mined area fencing. Once the NMAA and FIG have agreed that the designated land can be released, the mine signs shall be removed. FIG may want the fencing to remain in place for environmental reasons. All the fencing is owned by the FIDF which is also responsible for its installation and maintenance. If the fences can be removed the material should be given to the FIDF. Should it be necessary to install a new or adjusted mined area fence, the Contractor shall be responsible for its installation. He will employ a local contractor to carry out this work and he remains responsible for the management and performance of the fencing capability.
