FLAT FEE COMPENSATION - Performing PRINCIPAL ARTISTS engaged by MANAGEMENT for Seattle Opera Events, Galas, and/or Recitals where the minimum compensation based upon “AGMA Schedule C” does not apply, shall be paid on a flat fee basis for each engagement as follows. All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply unless otherwise negotiated between MANAGEMENT and AGMA. Effective 10/1/22 Events with less than one hundred (100) attendees and a maximum of three (3) ▇▇▇▇▇/songs (i.e. Marketing Bravo Events and Donor Events). $650.00 Events with more than one hundred (100) attendees and a maximum of three (3) ▇▇▇▇▇/songs. $1,000.00 Seattle Opera’s Annual Gala with a maximum of three (3) ▇▇▇▇▇/songs. $1,500.00 Recitals with no more than fifty (50) minutes of music. $2,000.00

MINIMUM COMPENSATION AND PROVISIONS. ‌ (a) WEEKLY COMPENSATION‌ 23 The minimum compensation for CHOREOGRAPHERS shall be on a weekly basis, 24 and shall be at no less than the minimum compensation shown in Table 27-1.

  • Maximum Compensation There is a maximum compensation for this Agreement and a separate maximum compensation for each Approved Service Order.

  • Term and Maximum Compensation 1.4.1. The term of this CONTRACT is for three (3) years, commencing upon Board of Supervisor approval, with a maximum allowable compensation of one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, with Board approval; except as permitted in Paragraph 1.5 below.

  • Minimum Compensation Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12P applies to this contract, Contractor shall pay covered employees no less than the minimum compensation required by San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P, including a minimum hourly gross compensation, compensated time off, and uncompensated time off. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12P. Information about and the text of the Chapter 12P is available on the web at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/olse/mco. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12P, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. By signing and executing this Agreement, Contractor certifies that it complies with Chapter 12P.

  • Changes to Compensation Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Employee acknowledges that the Company specifically reserves the right to make changes to Employee’s compensation in its sole discretion including, but not limited to, modifying or eliminating a compensation component. The Parties agree that such changes shall be deemed effective immediately and a modification of this Agreement unless, within seven (7) days after receiving notice of such change, Employee exercises his right to terminate this Agreement without cause or for “Good Reason” as provided below in Paragraph No.

  • ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The Executive shall receive the following additional compensation and welfare and fringe benefits:
