Search Committee Sample Clauses
The Search Committee clause establishes a designated group responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process for a specific position or set of positions within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the composition of the committee, the procedures for conducting candidate searches, and the authority the committee holds in recommending or selecting candidates. By formalizing the structure and responsibilities of the search committee, this clause ensures a transparent, fair, and organized hiring process, reducing the risk of bias and promoting accountability in personnel decisions.
