Minimum Compensation for Call Back. The employee who, at the request of the immediate supervisor, returns to work outside of regular working hours, will receive the most advantageous of the following: 1) Compensation according to regular overtime norms; 2) Compensation of three (3) hours according to regular overtime norms.
