Minimum Expenditure. The minimum expenditure specified in Section 5.2 shall be adjusted, commencing from the Financial Closing, by dividing it by the following factor I, where: I = A / B and where: A is the United States Industrial Goods Producer Price Index (USIGPPI) as reported for the first time in the monthly publication “International Financial Statistics” of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the section “Prices Production, Employment” for the month during which Financial Closing occurs. B is the USIGPPI as reported for the first time in the aforesaid IMF publication for the month of the expenditure in question.
Minimum Expenditure. Minimum expenditure for work in the First Extension Period shall be XXX United States Dollars (US$XXX).

(US$ ............................ ) to execute Geological and Geophysical Studies, Seismic Acquisition, Processing and Interpretation during Year 1 of the Initial Exploration Period, Drilling of XX well during Year 2 of the Initial Exploration Period, post–well evaluation and drilling of XX well during Year 2 of the Initial Exploration Period (or) drilling of XX xxxxx in the Contract Area during Year 2 and 3 of the Initial Exploration Period and shall completely perform, unless otherwise agreed, the type of work as specified in Section 4.3 relating to Initial Exploration Period.
Minimum Expenditure. Subtenant agrees to spend in excess of Two Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($200,000.00) ("Minimum Expenditure"), including all out-of-pocket sums paid to Subtenant's employees, subcontractors and agents which would normally have been paid to independent contractors (not to exceed amounts which would have been paid if competitively bid), in "Improvements," as that term is defined in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit "B," to the Premises on or prior to July 1, 2002.

Minimum Expenditure. Contractor’s minimum expenditure for the work in the Second Subperiod of the Initial Exploration Period shall be twenty million United States dollars (U.S.$20,000,000).
Minimum Expenditure. The requirement for Buyer to spend $750,000 within three years or less from the Effective Date on field activities as further defined in Article 2.2.
