Common use of Minimum Fees Clause in Contracts

Minimum Fees. ‌ It is agreed that the minimum fee for a "Concert" shall be not less than one thirtieth (1/30) of the applicable minimum weekly fee per hour for rehearsal and not less than one quarter (1/4) of the applicable minimum weekly fee per performance provided that the "Concert" does not replace the normal program of Category A or B repertoire or the existing performance programs of the Engager.
