Common use of Minimum Operating Force Clause in Contracts

Minimum Operating Force. To the extent that Township budgetary constraints permit, the maintenance of police department force levels at current standards, as found in sub-paragraph (a), will apply. (Where force reductions are required because of budgetary constraints, minimal operational force levels are to be established through negotiations between Township and Lodge.)
