Common use of Minimum Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Minimum Qualifications. The member certifies that he/she is a United States citizen, a United States national, or a lawful permanent resident alien and at least 17 years of age (or at least 16 years of age if the member is an out-of-school youth and a participant in one of two types of youth corps defined under the National and Community Service Act of 1990, as amended).
