Minimum Requirement Thresholds. The following “Performance and Expenditure Threshold” criteria shall be used to assess the level of performance of the Contractor. Furthermore, the criteria will be considered when determining future funding. Failure to achieve the aforementioned 80% drawdown goal, without written exception approved by the Director, may cause any remaining balance in this Contract to be reclaimed by County, and will impact future funding to Contractor.
