Common use of Minimum Term Clause in Contracts

Minimum Term. When we agree to make the Services available to you, we will agree whether your contract is pay Monthly or Pay Monthly SIM Only and the Minimum Term applicable to your contract. This Agreement will continue for at least the Minimum Term although you may cancel it during the Minimum Term in accordance with clause 10.1. You should be aware that if you cancel before the end of the Minimum Term and your Minimum Term is more than one month, you may have to pay early termination fees. See clause 10.4. If your Minimum Term has come to an end and you have not terminated this Agreement, the Agreement will continue and we will continue to supply you with the Services as set out in clause 3.5, until either you or we choose to end this Agreement in any of the ways permitted in clause 10.
