Minimum Term. 1.1 The Minimum Term shall be as defined in the Definitions. For the avoidance of doubt, should the Customer be renewing an existing contract for the Services, a new Operational Service Date will be provided to the Customer. 1.2 Following expiration of the Minimum Term shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either Party, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement.
