Orthodontia lifetime maximum Orthodontia benefits are subject to a three thousand dollar ($3,000) lifetime maximum benefit.
Hourly Rate Divisor The hourly rate for the purposes of the calculation of overtime is the weekly all-purpose rate contained in Clause 7 Wages, divided by 36.
Per Diems A flat rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be paid for each day worked. Ground persons and VC Tech I and II will be eligible for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.
