Common use of Minimum Usage Required Clause in Contracts

Minimum Usage Required. Employees shall be required to use a minimum of two weeks (10 days) of earned time each year. Employees with less than six (6) months of service are exempt from minimum usage requirements. Should an employee fail to use the minimum requirement of two weeks (10 days) of earned time, he/she will forfeit his/her ability to carry forward any earned time accrued that year.
