Common use of Minimum Vacation (Employees Other Than New Hires) Clause in Contracts

Minimum Vacation (Employees Other Than New Hires). Notwithstanding the above, an Employee with one (1) year or more of Continuous Service who is not eligible for vacation based on the above and who works at least 520 hours in a calendar year shall receive one (1) week of vacation during that calendar year. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to schedule that vacation at the time desired by the Employee, provided it does not disrupt the vacation schedule already established hereunder.
