MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. 1.1 It is an express condition precedent to this Agreement having any force or effect that the Minister of Health for Alberta shall have approved this Agreement. If this condition is not fulfilled as at the date of this Agreement then, notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, this Agreement shall not come into effect unless and until the Minister of Health for Alberta’s said approval is granted and neither Party shall have rights or obligations relative to this Agreement until that time.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. This Assignment Agreement shall come into effect and be effective when the conditions of approval set by the Minister are satisfied, as contemplated in the Health Care Protection Act (Alberta).
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. The Parties recognize that the Alberta Minister of Health ultimately approves Chartered Surgical Facility Agreements such as this Assignment. The requirement of this approval may alter the Effective Date of the assignment.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. The Parties recognize that the Alberta Minister of Health ultimately approves NHSF Agreements such as this Assignment. The requirement of this approval may alter the Effective Date of the assignment.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. Any change to the Participants or the Participation Rights held by relevant Participants contained in Schedule 1 shall be of no effect unless the Minister has:
(a) been given a copy of the proposed amendment to Schedule 1; and
(b) by notice to QUU approved the change.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL then proceed to launch.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. If the Water Supply under this Agreement is subject to a requirement for any Ministerial approval by the Minister administering the Xxxxx Xxx 0000 relating to functions being exercised by the Water Business outside its water district, the Customer agrees this Agreement is subject to such approvals being firstly obtained and, thereafter, maintained.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. The parties acknowledge that, in accordance with section 111(5) of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter, this Agreement is subject to the approval of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations as it relates to a commitment by HRM to pay money over a period extending beyond the end of the current fiscal year, and the total commitment by HRM exceeds five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000).
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. Any change in Participants or the other matters listed in section 29(3) of the Distribution and Retail Reslructuring Act shall be of no effect unless the Minister has:
(a) been given a copy of the proposed change; and
(b) by notice to Ihe Authority approved the change.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. Couples desiring to be married at Lifepoint Church must meet with a member of the ministerial staff for approval and counseling. This minister may be selected by the couple and may perform the ceremony. Approximately 12 weeks are needed for the scheduling of counseling sessions. A minister from another Baptist church or other evangelical denomination may be permitted to officiate in the wedding ceremony, subject to the approval of the Pastor.
