MinnesotaCare Cost Sharing. In general, cost sharing requirements imposed on MinnesotaCare enrollees may be no more than what would be required of the corresponding categorically needy populations under the Minnesota Medicaid State plan. The State may require cost sharing by MinnesotaCare enrollees that exceeds Medicaid State plan amounts as follows:
