Minority Participation Policy. The CM is advised that the Xxx County Board of County Commissioners has adopted a Resolution establishing an overall 10% goal for local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in County procurement's. CM will take all reasonable and necessary affirmative steps to assure that local DBE firms will be utilized for this PROJECT.
