Miscellaneous Expenditures. Such budget shall be submitted not later than October 1 to the Municipalities and the County. The budget shall be for the information of the Municipalities and County to assist in their financial planning and action by the Municipalities and County. The final decisions of the Municipalities and County as to the requested contributions shall be reported back to the Joint Board which shall adjust the budget, if necessary. If either the Municipalities or the County fixes its contribution at less than the amount requested by the Joint Board, the contribution of the other shall be decreased proportionately, unless the latter shall decide to pay a larger portion of the total contribution than is required by the Agreement. The expenditure allowances as so finally adjusted and approved shall control the year's spending program, except that excess revenues received may be spent upon the approval of the Joint Board. The Joint Board shall not itself levy taxes or borrow money, and it shall not approve claims or incur any obligations for expenditure, unless there is unencumbered cash to the credit of the Joint Board with which to pay the same.

Miscellaneous Expenditures. At Owner's expense, Operator shall cause to be timely disbursed all principal and interest payments on encumbrances on the Business, real estate and other taxes, insurance premiums, utilities, water and sewer charges, and assessments of every nature in respect to the Business or to Property as well as the cost of any other item or items associated with the operation of the Business or to the Property not specifically set out herein but which are consistent with the Approved Budget.
Miscellaneous Expenditures. Any cost or expense incurred by the Operator that is not covered in Articles 4.1 to 4.13 of these Accounting Procedures and that is reasonable and necessary for the provision of the Operating Services shall be chargeable, so long as such cost or expense (or the relevant type of cost or expenses) is approved by the Affiliate. Expenses specifically included in an Annual Work Plan and Budget will be deemed to have been approved.
Miscellaneous Expenditures. All other expenditures, other than those which are covered and dealt with by the foregoing provisions of this Annex, incurred by the Consortium and necessary for the conduct of Petroleum Operations, including expenses of training personnel provided for under Article 19 of the Convention, expenses under Article 18.4, and surface fees referred to in Article 8.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.
