Misdirected Data Subject Requests. If, despite Customer’s compliance with the preceding Section 3.1, Xxxxx receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise that Data Subject’s rights provided for by applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations, Conga will promptly redirect the Data Subject to Customer. Unless legally required to do so, Conga shall not respond to any such Data Subject request without Customer’s prior written consent, except to confirm that the request relates to Customer, and Conga shall have no obligation to take any independent action with respect to any Data Subject request beyond redirecting it to Customer.
