Common use of MISUSE OF BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

MISUSE OF BENEFITS. Unit employees who fraudulently gain or fraudulently attempt to gain for themselves or others by deception, omission, or fraud the benefits of the City's Workers' Compensation, retirement, medical, dental, or psychological insurance policies or any other benefit which they would not otherwise be entitled to shall be subject to: a) denial of requested benefits; and/or b) disciplinary action up to and including removal.
