Common use of Mobile Crane Traineeships Clause in Contracts

Mobile Crane Traineeships. 1. The Employer will engage a trainee(s) within their on-going workforce and provide training within the “Victorian Mobile Crane Traineeship” program. This training provides both practical experience within the Employer’s operation, and theoretical off-site training, that will allow trainee(s) to initially obtain appropriate high risk licences as rigger/dogmen, crane operators, and operators of associated plant and equipment. As well as obtain the experience necessary to operate a majority of the cranage within the Employer’s fleet.
