If the Grantee is a mobile employee, meaning that they are based in different tax jurisdictions during the course of their employment or that they are or may be subject to tax in more than one country, state or territory, the Grantee is strongly encouraged to inform the Company and to speak with their own personal tax adviser regarding the tax treatment of their participation in the DIP Fund Award.
