Mobile Homes. No mobile home, trailer, manufactured home, tent or other temporary, mobile housing may be located on the Leased Premises without Lessor’s and the Brazos River Authority’s prior written consent. This provision shall not apply to any similar Improvement previously approved in writing by the Brazos River Authority.
