Mobile-originated Short. Message (MO) means any short messages to be sent from the mobile phone of subscribers to the short message gateway of Party B. All costs arising from MO are called MO communication fees, which will be charged to subscribers by Party A.

Related to Mobile-originated Short

  • Receivables in Force No Receivable shall have been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded, nor shall any Financed Vehicle have been released in whole or in part from the lien granted by the related Receivable.

  • Origination Date The origination date is no earlier than ninety (90) days prior to the related Purchase Date.

  • Identification of Asset Review Receivables Within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of an Asset Review Notice, the Servicer will deliver to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Trustee a list of the related Asset Review Receivables.

  • Receivable in Force The Receivable has not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor has the related Financed Vehicle been released from the lien of such Receivable in whole or in part.

  • Credit and Collection Policy The Servicer has complied in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy with regard to each Pool Receivable and the related Contracts.

  • Origination Each Receivable was originated in the United States.

  • Servicing Programs No license or approval is required for the Administrative Agent’s use of any software or other computer program used by the Servicer, any Originator or any Sub-Servicer in the servicing of the Pool Receivables, other than those which have been obtained and are in full force and effect.

  • Credit and Collection Policies Comply in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy in regard to each Pool Receivable and the related Contract.

  • Loan Origination Fee In consideration of the Commitment, the Company agrees to pay to Agent on the execution hereof a loan origination fee in the amount of $50,000.00. The Arrangement Fee of $225,000.00 has already been received.

  • Previously Reviewed Receivable If any Asset Review Receivable was included in a prior Asset Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will not perform any Tests on it, but will include the results of the previous Tests in the Asset Review Report for the current Asset Review.
