Mobile Users Sample Clauses

Mobile Users. Customer shall designate to Bank, in the manner described in the applicable User Guide, Enrollment Request and related implementation documents and/or online screens, individuals to be given access to Mobile Banking (each such individual is a “Mobile User”) and each Account and Service to be accessed by Mobile Users through Mobile Banking. All Mobile Users must be Treasury Manager Users. If Bank, in its discretion, approves Customer’s use of Mobile Banking, Mobile Users will be able to access Mobile Banking using their Credentials for Treasury Managers. Customer has sole responsibility for each Mobile User’s use of Mobile Services. Any orders, instructions or other communications received by Bank via Mobile Banking, using the Security Procedures applicable to Treasury Managers, will be deemed by Bank as received from Customer. Customer may disable a Mobile User from access to Mobile Banking in the manner described in the applicable User Guide, implementation documents and/or online screens. In order to access Mobile Banking, Customer must enroll their System Administrator through a Treasury Services Sales Specialist. Once the System Administrator is enrolled in the Service, the System Administrator will set up and designate all other designated Mobile Users. Each Mobile User must be a User within the Treasury Manager Service and will have the following information attached to their record both their assigned Mobile Device phone number (a valid U.S. number) and the email address designated in connection with such Mobile User’s access to Bank’s Treasury Manager Service. Customer is solely responsible for the enrollment of each Mobile User and the actions made while using the Service. The Bank must be provided accurate, complete and current information about each Mobile User. If a Mobile User’s enrollment information is incomplete, they will not be added as a Mobile User. The System Administrator must be notified immediately if any of the information changes or if service to a Mobile User’s Mobile Device is terminated. Customer understands that is Customers responsibility to update any telephone number if and when it changes for any Mobile User in order to ensure proper delivery of Mobile Banking Services, including messages and alerts. The System Administrator must remove any Mobile User who no longer has access to the Treasury Manager.   • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person You wish to access the Software.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Other Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.

If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to FERC for resolution.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.
