Mobilisafe Service Sample Clauses

Mobilisafe Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and the Agreement, Mobilisafe will provide Customer with access to the Mobilisafe Service during the term set forth on the applicable Product Order Form. DSL, cable or another high speed Internet connection is required for proper transmission of the Mobilisafe Service. Customer is responsible for procuring and maintaining the network connections that connect the Customer network to the Mobilisafe Service. To enable the Mobilisafe Services to function, Customer must be using Windows Server, Exchange and Active Directory. Customer must allow the downloaded and locally deployed software to integrate with Active Directory and Exchange. Mobilisafe assumes no responsibility for the reliability or performance of any connections as described in this Section. Customer shall not attempt to access any other of Mobilisafe’s systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use in connection with the Mobilisafe Service. In connection with its use of the Mobilisafe Service, Customer shall be entitled to access and use only those modules and applications of the Mobilisafe Service that are expressly listed on an Product Order Form.
