Common use of Mobilization Costs Clause in Contracts

Mobilization Costs. Staff. To the extent the CM/GC's Estimated Cost Component of the Change Order Sum includes estimated Actual Costs for CM/GC's staff reimbursable under Section 4, Part 4, incident to mobilization of its own forces for Work under the proposed Component Change Order, CM/GC shall submit as part of its proposed Component Change Order estimated actual costs of staff based upon the initial wage and salary schedule and proposed staffing plans.
