Models for Forecasts and Simulations. This Task will use BRGM integrated modeling and simulation techniques as a possible methodo- logical approach to study the functioning / impacts / possible foreseeable evolutions of systems representing mineral resource exploitation activities. This integrated approach takes simultane- ously into account several thematic aspects, e.g. hydrogeology (linked to the nature of the ex- ploited resource), socio-economy (linked to the actors involved) and geography (linked to the posi- tion of actors and resources in a geo-referenced area). It is proposed to develop a simulation plat- form, linked to a GIS for importing data and exporting results in the form of maps, enabling: • Dynamic display of the evolution of a given area, either in real time (simulation) or in offline time (post simulation), • Scenarios management used for understanding evolution over time of the interaction be- tween social and environmental dynamics over a given mining area, • Prospective simulation to help decision-makers evaluating and identifying actions for sus- tainable management of resources while contributing to local community development. This will include the integrated modeling of socio-economic, environmental and geographical data focusing of flow representation. A pilot model will be constructed with the ultimate aim of enabling: • Understanding, through a dynamical representation of curves and maps, the current flow system relevant of a mining site, integrating all environmental aspects including for instance related CO2 emissions (if available) • Assessing foreseen impact of mine closure on local employment and consumption. This Task will be led by BRGM and involve BGS, CzechGS, DLR, WI, CGS, AOL-ATD.

  • LIS Forecasting 7.2.2.8.1 Both CLEC and Qwest shall work in good faith to define a mutually agreed upon forecast of LIS trunking.

  • Forecasting Manager and Sprint PCS will work cooperatively to generate mutually acceptable forecasts of important business metrics including traffic volumes, handset sales, subscribers and Collected Revenues for the Sprint PCS Products and Services. The forecasts are for planning purposes only and do not constitute Manager's obligation to meet the quantities forecast.

  • DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.

  • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto. The term "Specifications" shall also include all written matter in the Project Manual or on the drawings and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.

  • Processes Any employer, employee, trade union or employer’s association may at any point in time apply for an exemption from any of the provisions of this Collective Agreement. The applicant is required to complete and submit in writing with the relevant office of the Council, a fully and properly completed prescribed application for exemption form, accompanied by all relevant supporting documentation.

  • Models The Purchaser acknowledges that the model homes, if any, are for display purposes only, and that some or all of the features contained therein may not be included in the Dwelling unless same is specifically provided for in any schedule forming part of this Agreement. The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that the Vendor will be maintaining the model home or homes or sales offices and all advertising signs associated therewith for sale purposes until all homes in this subdivision and/or the adjacent subdivisions built by the Vendor or its affiliated corporations have been constructed, sold and occupied. The Purchaser acknowledges that the lot dimensions illustrated on the proposed plan of subdivision (if not registered) are approximate and may be varied in accordance with the requirements of the Vendor or the Municipality. The Purchaser further acknowledges that the lot dimensions illustrated on various plans, brochures or other marketing materials displayed in the sales office or elsewhere are approximate and it is suggested that the Purchaser refer to the actual dimensions of the subject lot as noted on the proposed plan of subdivision subject to the foregoing. The Purchaser acknowledges that if the Property being purchased herein has been used by the Vendor as a model home or inventory to the Vendor, then there will be wear and tear in the Property which the Purchaser accepts and the Purchaser acknowledges that he/she is purchasing this Property on an “as is” basis including without limiting the generality thereof existing nicks, dents, scratches, scuff marks on all hardwood areas, stairs, pickets, xxxxxxxx, risers, treads, all trim work doors, jambs, baseboards/casings, wear and tear on carpet, existing paint touch-up blemishes, existing chips and scratches on ceramics and grout areas, wear and tear and scuff marks on all counters and tubs and agrees that the Vendor shall not be responsible either directly or indirectly (including by way of claim pursuant to the legislation relating to the Tarion warranties) to clean, repair or replace any part of the Property including wall covering, carpeting, vinyl/ceramic/hardwood flooring, cabinetry, window treatments, trees, shrubs or other planting materials, interlocking walkways and/or slab walkways, or any other features or extras on the Property either before or after closing unless specifically set out in this Agreement of Purchase and Sale. The Purchaser acknowledges that the life time line of the exterior brick work, shingles, windows and doors seals commenced at the time the model home was built and the Builder’s warranties have expired and the Builder’s warranties on the air conditioner and humidifier ( Mechanical Units) have expired and agrees that the Vendor shall not be responsible either directly or indirectly (including by way of claim pursuant to the legislation relating to the Tarion warranties) for any warranty claim for same. All appliances, including but not limited to the air conditioner and humidifiers (Mechanical Units), and fixtures included in the purchase price are purchased in an “as is” condition.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.
