Modification and Variation. CybSafe may at its absolute discretion make, and notify Reseller of, updated versions of these Terms from time to time by notifying Reseller of such update by email, or by means of the Partner Portal (each an “Update Notification”). These Terms updated as set out in such Update Notification shall replace the preceding version of these Terms for the purposes of this Agreement from the date 7 days after Update Notification of such revised document(s) (or at such later date as CybSafe may specify). Except as set out in this Agreement, no variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the parties (or their authorized representatives).
Modification and Variation. Any modification or variation of the terms and conditions of this Contract by the Authority for remedying any unforeseen adverse circumstances/events, including any modification or variation of the Scope of work, can only be made by written agreement between the Parties.
Modification and Variation. (a) The Cardholder agrees that the Bank has the right to vary, add to or delete any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The Bank shall, before the effective date of such changes (other than change to Credit Limit), give the Cardholder at least 21 days notice of any such alterations or publish the change in any manner considered appropriate or as required by the regulatory bodies/agencies. The Cardholder agrees that he/she will be bound by such alterations and if the Cardholder does not agree with such alterations or amendments, the Cardholder must terminate the use of the Credit Card before the effective date of any such alterations or amendments in accordance with Clause 16(a) above by: • giving prior written notice to the Bank; and • returning the Credit Card to the Bank. Upon termination of the Credit Card, the annual fee paid is not refundable and Clause 17 shall apply.
(b) The Cardholder’s retention or use of the Credit Card after the effective date of any change of Terms and Conditions is deemed acceptance of such changes without any reservation by the Cardholder.
Modification and Variation. 22.1 CybSafe may update these Terms (“Terms Updates”) from time to time in its sole discretion by notifying the Customer of such update by email, or to an Administrator by means of the Services (each an “Update Notification”). The Terms Update shall replace the preceding version of these Terms for the purposes of this Agreement from the date 14 days after the Update Notification (or at such later date as CybSafe may specify). All Terms Updates shall apply generally to CybSafe’s customers, not to the Customer specifically.

b) You agree to routinely monitor this Agreement and refer to the Effective Date posted at the top of this Agreement to note modifications or variations. You further agree to clear Your cache when doing so to avoid accessing a prior version of this Agreement. You agree that Your continued use of the Website after any modifications to this Agreement is a manifestation of Your continued assent to this Agreement.
c) In the event that You fail to monitor any modifications to or variations of this Agreement, You agree that such failure shall be considered an affirmative waiver of Your right to review the modified Agreement.
