Update Notification definition

Update Notification means a communication to Growers with updated terms of this Agreement, which may include information regarding new and existing Corteva Sourced Technology, including (among other things) the Patents licensed under this Agreement and any new or modified Agreement terms. Each Update Notification for Purchased Seed shall become a part of this Agreement, and Grower’s use of Seed and/or Corteva Sourced Technology following receipt of any Update Notification for Purchased Seed constitutes Grower’s acceptance of all terms in the Update Notification.

More Definitions of Update Notification

Update Notification means a communication made to growers from time to time by Corteva with updated or new terms of the Agreement, which may include, without limitation, information regarding new and existing Corteva Sourced Technology, the patents licensed under the Agreement and any new or modified Agreement terms. Update Notifications will be distributed routinely and at Corteva's discretion.

Related to Update Notification

  • Update means a modification to a Component System necessary to maintain the operation of the Component System in compliance with the Documentation in effect as of the Component System’s applicable License Effective Date and includes without limitation modifications correcting any design or operational errors in the Component System and modifications enabling the Component System to be operated in any revised operating environment issued by BNYM and excludes Upgrades.

A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.

  • Payment Date Report has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(b).

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;
