MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. In addition to the provisions regarding modification in the General Conditions, this Agreement may be supplemented, modified, or amended by the mutual agreement of the parties hereto, set forth in writing. No supplement, modification or amendment shall be enforceable unless set forth within a writing signed by both Owner and General Contractor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contract Price may not be increased by more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of the Contract Price or $50,000, whichever is greater, without advance approval of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors.
