Modification of Contract Language Clause Samples
Modification of Contract Language. The parties agree that the language in the following Sections, 3a - 3c, shall be substituted for language in the current contract with respect to Motor Carrier Inspectors:
a. Overtime - substituted by overtime language in this Agreement;
b. Call Out - substituted by call out language in this Agreement; and
c. Holiday - substituted by holidays language in this Agreement.
Modification of Contract Language. The parties agree that the language in the following Sections, 3a - 3c, shall be substituted for language in the current contract with respect to Medical Examiner Assistants:
a. Overtime - substituted by overtime language in this Agreement;
b. Call Out - substituted by call out language in this Agreement; and

There shall be no pyramiding or duplication of compensation by reason of overtime or holiday or other premium pay provision of this Agreement. It is understood, however, that with this limitation, the method of payment which gives the greatest amount will be followed.
