Modification of Contract Language. The parties agree that the language in the following Sections, 3a - 3c, shall be substituted for language in the current contract with respect to Medical Examiner Assistants: a. Overtime - substituted by overtime language in this Agreement; b. Call Out - substituted by call out language in this Agreement; and c. Holiday - substituted by holidays language in this Agreement.
