Modification of GMP. Whenever this Contract authorizes an increase or decrease in the GMP, the increase or decrease shall operate to increase or decrease the Estimated Cost Component and Fee Component of the GMP Change Order. The Guaranteed Maximum Price shall be subject to additions and deductions by Change Order.
