Modification of Residence Design and Decor. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement without renewal, Franchisee shall modify the interior and exterior design (which may include removal of the building's cupola), decor, and color scheme of the Residence licensed under this Agreement in a manner acceptable to Company so that it no longer suggests or indicates a connection with the System or any rights and privileges granted by this Agreement. 16.04
