Modification Prohibited. The Customer will not, and will ensure that the End-User does not, modify, disassemble, or decompile the Software, or any portion of it, or attempt to install or operate the Software other than on the DAF and in accordance with this DAF Purchase Agreement. The Customer will, and will cause the End-User to, respect and not remove, obliterate, or cancel from view any copyright, trademark or confidentiality notice, mxxx, or legend appearing on any of the Software or related Documentation. Neither the Customer nor the End-User will allow access to the software via the web without the proper firewall protection and approval from DigitalGlobe.

  • Modification; Waiver No provision of this Agreement may be modified, waived or discharged unless modification, waiver or discharge is agreed to in writing signed by the Employee and such officer of the Company as may be specifically designated by its Board of Directors.
