Modified Shift. When, after the date hereof, the Employer elects to establish a modified shift, the employee or employees with the most job classification seniority in the job classifications established or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the needed job classifications elect to move to such shift, then the employees with the least job classification seniority in the needed classification shall be assigned to such shift.
