Modifying the Utility Yard. Grantor must not modify or alter the Utility Yard in any way that will jeopardize Grantee’s clearances or obstruct or restrict Grantee’s access to the Utility Yard. In accordance with Grantee’s Tariff Schedules and its standards and at Grantor’s cost, Grantee will cooperate with Grantor in relocating the Facilities, such as the metering equipment and service attachments, if required for any future modification of the Utility Yard or Premises.   • Continuing the Work The Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Contractor may agree in writing.

  • Leaving the Building Employees may leave their assignments during the time encompassed by the employee’s workday upon receipt of permission from their principal, their supervisor, or the Employer’s appointed designee.

  • IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM During the early stages of problem detection, the NMC will be able to tell which CLECs are affected by the catastrophe. Further analysis and/or first hand observation will determine if the disaster has affected CLEC equipment only, BellSouth equipment only or a combination. The initial restoration activity will be largely determined by the equipment that is affected. Once the nature of the disaster is determined and after verifying the cause of the problem, the NMC will initiate reroutes and/or transfers that are jointly agreed upon by the affected CLECs' Network Management Center and the BellSouth NMC. The type and percentage of controls used will depend upon available network capacity. Controls necessary to stabilize the situation will be invoked and the NMC will attempt to re-establish as much traffic as possible. For long-term outages, recovery efforts will be coordinated by the ECC. Traffic controls will continue to be applied by the NMC until facilities are re-established. As equipment is made available for service, the ECC will instruct the NMC to begin removing the controls and allow traffic to resume.

  • Taxes and Fees Imposed on Providing Party But Passed On To Purchasing Party 11.4.1 Taxes and fees imposed on the providing Party, which are permitted or required to be passed on by the providing Party to its customer, shall be borne by the purchasing Party.

In presenting the Contractor’s submission for consideration by the Minister, the Contractor understands that until, and unless, the Contract is endorsed by the Minister, no Contract between the parties shall exist and the Minister shall not be bound to endorse any Contract.
