AND RULES. 4.1 All Exchange Traded Options Business shall be effected in accordance with all laws, rules and regulatory directions (“Rules”) applying to Delta Asia. This Rules includes the Options Trading Rules of SEHK, the Clearing Rules of SEOCH and the rules of HKSCC. In particular, SEOCH has authority under the Laws and Rules to make adjustments to the terms of Contracts, and Delta Asia shall notify you of any such adjustments which affect Client Contracts to which you are a party. All actions taken by Delta Asia, by the SEHK, by SEOCH or by the HKSCC in accordance with such Rules shall be binding on you.

The Lessee (member) must be present on the premises at all times during the lease period. Xxxxxx is responsible for making sure that adequate adult supervision is provided for functions held for persons 18 or under.   • VIOLATION OF RULES If any rule or provision of this Pet Agreement is violated by Residents or Residents’ guests or occupants in the sole judgment of Management, Residents shall immediately (within forty eight (48) hrs) and permanently remove the pet from the premises upon written notice from Owner or Owner’s representative; and Owner shall have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease, including damages, eviction and/or attorney’s fees.

  • Arbitration Rules and Forum The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement. In addition, Exodus will reimburse all such JAMS’s filing, administrative, hearing and/or other fees for claims totalling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, Xxxxxx will not seek attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in New Castle County, Delaware. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. All arbitration pleadings and proceedings will be conducted in English.
