Common use of Monday to Friday Schedule Clause in Contracts

Monday to Friday Schedule. (a) For employees on a Monday to Friday work schedule, the following shall be considered paid holidays and be paid for at the regular rate of pay to employees who are not obliged to perform services on such days: New Year’s Day Labour Day Islander Day Thanksgiving Good Friday Remembrance Day Easter Monday Christmas Day Victoria Day (or the day proclaimed) Boxing Day Canada Day and all other such days approved by special proclamation of the Federal Government or the Provincial Government of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island or the Board of Governors of the University of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island.
