Monitor. The trial will be monitored and evaluated against the criteria. The accountable manager is responsible for monitoring the arrangement. Following a successful trial period the hours (business hours of work) used in the trial period will become the new normal hours. Monitoring of key indicators will continue to ensure that the arrangement remains viable.
