Common use of Monitoring and Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Enforcement. The Tax Credit program requires the Department to conduct periodic monitoring and review of the Project for the purpose of determining compliance with Tax Credit program requirements. The Owner must comply with Department Guidance which describes in detail the monitoring and compliance requirements. Monitoring includes on‐site inspections and review of documents supplied by the Owner to the Department.
